SHIPPING POLICY:
Most orders received before 12:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Oobalie Pro or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Oobalie Pro recommends UPS or FedEx shipping options inside of the United States.
Oobalie Pro offers insurance coverage on all packages shipped via UPS or FedEx. In the event of loss or damage Oobalie Pro will replace or refund your purchase.
Oobalie Pro offers several different domestic shipping options including UPS and FedEx. Oobalie Pro Also offers USPS priority mail as a low-cost shipping option designed for orders 50.00 USD and under.
USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
Oobalie Pro does not offer any additional insurance or reimbursement for packages that are either lost in transit or damaged (This policy does not apply to UPS or FedEx shipping services). USPS does offer limited insurance (up to 50.00 USD) included in the priority mail shipping cost. Oobalie Pro will not handle the claims process, this will be the responsibility of the receiver of the package. All USPS shipping claims to be the sole responsibility of the customer/receiver.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
When choosing your international shipping options please consider that USPS Priority & Express Mail offer little to no tracking outside of the United States.
USPS shipping services do not carry any insurance once the package leaves the United States.
If for any reason your parcel is held up in customs, lost or damaged in transit we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase.
We HIGHLY recommend using UPS or FedEx for your international shipping. When using either UPS or FedEx you are covered 100 % and the package is fully trackable from Oobalie Pro to your destination.
Oobalie Pro default international shipping option is UPS Expedited. If you still choose to ship via USPS please understand you are shipping this at your own risk and Oobalie Pro is not responsible for damage, loss or customs delays once the package leaves the United States.
Oobalie Pro shipping charges are for the shipping of the package only, and do not include and customs or duties that may be imposed by your countries’ customs agency.
When will I receive my Oobalie Pro package?

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been submitted and a tracking number will be provided under UPS.
Can I pick up my products in-store?
Yes, you may pick up your products from us if you would like to avoid the shipping fee.

I am not happy with my product, what is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may return your products in its original condition including the box or boxes as well and the products cannot be used in any way. You are responsible for all shipping charges and the original shipping fee is nonrefundable. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
I am missing items in my order, what do I do?
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any shortages or damages to products within 4 business days of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping company and the issue will be resolved based on the outcome of the claim. If the customer does not notify within 4 business days, we will not be responsible for filing a claim or sending replacement items.
