As we sell only to professionals, we must see proof of stylist certification.
Register for your account here. Once you fill out the registration page, you can expect an approval email from us within 48 hours ( Our team reviews every single applicant ASAP ).
You will receive an account activation email, click the link within 24 hrs to complete your account creation.

When will I receive my Oobalie Pro Shipping Package?
Shipping Orders: All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is between 2-8 business days. Some items such as Intro Kits/Bundles/Pre-sale Items/Hair-dolls may take longer to fulfill.
When your order is shipped, a tracking# is sent to you via email.
When can I pick up my Oobalie Pro In-Store Pickup order?
Pick Up Orders: Pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 1 hour of ordering during business hours. You can always call us during business hours to inform us if you wanted to get order ready sooner than one hour (323) 813-7759

Can I come shop in person?
We do not have a traditional in-person shopping store, however we still have staff in store to help you place your order online. For order assistance, you can come in person or place over the phone (323) 813-7759.
We highly recommend placing your order online and selecting "In-store Pickup" to receive your order faster.
California Orders: We offer a flat rate of $10-15 (depending on weight) for orders under $100. For orders over $100, we offer Free complimentary shipping!
Outside of California in the United States: We offer flat rate of $15-20 (depending on weight) for orders under $350.
For orders over $350, we offer Free Complimentary shipping!
Outside of United States: Shipping is calculated based of total weight of products ordered and off the distance from our shipping facility to your desired shipping address.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been submitted.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided under UPS or USPS.
I am not happy with my product, what is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may return your products in its original condition including the box or
boxes as well and the products cannot be used in any way. You are responsible for all shipping
charges and the original shipping fee is nonrefundable. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
I am missing items in my order, what do I do?
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any shortages or damages to products within 7 business days of delivery. With your help we will determine if it was a fault of Oobalie shipping department, or the shipping carrier service. We cannot resolve this issue if the customer does not notify within 7 business days, we will not be responsible for filing a claim or sending replacement items. Please
