Color Latino Milano permanent color cream with more than 72 vibrant shades is formulated with OPM TECHNOLOGY, (Oil Protection Molecules), an innovative blend of Ecocert Organic certified Argan and Passion Flower oils, which gives greater post-application radiance, hydration, and nourishment even to the driest and most damaged hair.
